- Non-Refundable Services: Custom compositions, sound design, and audio production services that have been substantially completed are generally non-refundable, except as outlined below.
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the initial concept or demo, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment, provided no further work has been done.
- Partial Refunds: For projects cancelled mid-production, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide an itemized breakdown upon request.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email with your name, project details, and reason for the refund. We will respond within 5 business days.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The timing of the credit depends on your financial institution.
- Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for services that have been delivered in full and accepted by the client, or for projects that violate our Terms of Service.
- Disputes: If you believe a refund is warranted and we disagree, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, including potentially revising the work.

- Pre-Payment and Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to commence work as scheduled. Deposits secure your spot in our production schedule.

- Force Majeure: If we are unable to complete a project due to events beyond our control (e.g., illness, technical failure), you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
- Client Delay: If you delay the project significantly (e.g., by not providing feedback or materials), we may consider the project complete as delivered, and no refund will be issued.
- Bundled Services: If you purchased a package of services, refunds for individual components may not be available; we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
