  5. Partial Refunds: For projects cancelled mid-production, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide an itemized breakdown upon request.
  6. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email with your name, project details, and reason for the refund. We will respond within 5 business days.
  7. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The timing of the credit depends on your financial institution.
